Imidazoline Oleate
DESCRIPTION
This product is a macromolecular polymer with strong polar groups. Due to its good dispersibility, solubility and displacement in oil slick, it can prevent the accumulation and precipitation of carbon black on the surface of quenched parts in quenching oil, so as to achieve brightening effect. . This product is mainly used to prepare quenching oil instead of animal oil and vegetable oil. It has excellent surface brightness for quenched parts, and can also be used as oil slick cleaner for lubricating oil.
Reference dosage
The reference dosage in oil products should be 0.1-0.5 m%.

storage
The product should be packed, marked, stored, transported and accepted on delivery according to SH/T0164. The highest temperature should not exceed 75 ºC. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and in-corrosive. For long term storage, the temperature should not exceed 45 ºC.
