T-206 Zinc Dialkyl Dithio Phosphate/ZDTP

DESCRIPTION

This product is zinc butyl octyl dithiophosphate/ZDTP, it mainly used for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, EPDM rubber and other rubber types. Vulcanized rubber has high mechanical strength, high degree of cross-linking, good hear resistance, no   frost, no odor, no nitrosamine problems, and it is an environmentally friendly vulcanization accelerator.

Reference dosage

The reference dosage in oil products is from 5% to 10% 

storage

The product should be packed, marked, stored, transported and accepted on delivery according to SH/T0164. The highest temperature should not exceed 75 ºC. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and in-corrosive. For long term storage, the temperature should not exceed 45 ºC.
