T-204 Alkali-Type Zinc Dioctyl Primary Dialkyl Dithiophate

DESCRIPTION

This product has excellent antioxidant & anti-corrosion properties, good anti-emulsification ability, good storage stability and hydrolytic stability, and limited abrasion resistance. Its alkali content is higher than T203, with good high-temperature stability. This product is suitable for blending industrial lubricants e.g. high-end low-temperature anti-wear hydraulic fluids.

Reference dosage

The reference dosage in oil products is from 0.5% to 2.5% 

storage

The product should be packed, marked, stored, transported and accepted on delivery according to SH/T0164. The highest temperature should not exceed 75 ºC. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and in-corrosive. For long term storage, the temperature should not exceed 45 ºC.

200KG per 200L steel drum; 16MT per 20ft container
