manufacturing enterprise in Western Liaoning integrating the R&D, production, sales and technical services of petroleum additives. Located in Jinzhou, Liaoning
Province, the company has built its own intelligent production plant, complete R&D laboratories, standardized production lines and a nationwide sales & service

1. Competitive Salary Package
Consists of fixed basic salary, performance bonus, year-end bonus and sales commission (varies by position). Annual salary adjustments are implemented based on the company’s annual operating performance, offering remuneration highly competitive within the industry.

Position 1: Lubricant Additive R&D Engineer (2 Openings)
Job Responsibilities
Develop, optimize and adjust formulas for composite additives used in automotive engine oils and industrial lubricants to meet China National VI emission standards for eco-friendly oils;
Conduct lab-scale and pilot-scale tests together with the production workshop, record experimental data and compile complete product technical files;
Communicate technical demands from downstream customers, customize exclusive lubrication solutions according to actual working conditions and solve oil formulation matching problems;
Track cutting-edge green additive technologies in the industry and initiate R&D projects for new products.
Job Requirements
College diploma or above, majoring in Applied Chemistry, Fine Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Polymer Materials or related disciplines;
Prior working experience in lubricant or petroleum additive R&D is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable;
Proficient in routine oil testing operations, rigorous and careful with strong data sorting capabilities;
Good physical condition, able to arrange work according to experimental schedules.
Position 2: Quality Control & Lab Inspector (3 Openings)
Job Responsibilities
Test all indicators of incoming raw materials, semi-finished workshop products and finished goods, and issue official quality inspection reports;
Strictly control product quality in accordance with national standards, maintain inspection ledgers and ensure unqualified products never leave the factory;
Maintain laboratory testing equipment, conduct routine calibration, cleaning and maintenance work;
Assist the R&D department with sample testing experiments.
Job Requirements
Majored in Chemical Engineering or Inspection & Testing; prior laboratory working experience is preferred;
Able to conduct basic physicochemical experiments and interpret test data, patient, meticulous and principled;
No prior experience required; new hires will receive one-on-one hands-on training from senior technicians.
